This site is a tribute to Gurbachan Singh Chawla, who was born on January 25, 1930.

Gurbachan Singh Chawla was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. 

He lived his life to the full. He was his own person, doing things his way, always being true to his own self and showing determination and great strength of mind and character right through to the end. He never stopped seeing joy in being alive. In the 93 years that spanned his life, he seized all opportunities. For him, life was a blessing but he was a blessing and an inspiration to us all.
